Before the character tests begin, Jordan looks at a problem familiar to anyone who makes things: what happens when a project keeps growing in private and never reaches another person?
Using The Midnight Hearth as the example, he reflects on the rush of hearing an imagined world come alive through someone else’s performance — and on collaboration as more than production help. Sharing work means becoming vulnerable enough to let another person bring something to it that you could not have made alone.
The second half opens the door to that process with early character tests performed by Sara Burgess and Keith Gallucci.
About Sara & Keith
Sara Burgess is an actress and digital marketing strategist. She spent years pursuing acting before turning toward marketing, a shift she describes less as leaving something behind than as finding the shape that let her whole self show up.
Keith Gallucci is a Los Angeles-based actor and a member of SAG-AFTRA, with over eight and a half years working in the LA scene. Alongside screen work, he performs in audiobooks, podcasts, and foreign television series.
